Delete Your Avina Account
Last updated September 7, 2026
This page explains how to delete your account for Avina, the skincare ritual app published by Ysoftware LLC, and exactly what happens to your data when you do.
Delete your account yourself
You can do this at any time, without contacting us. It takes about ten seconds.
In the Avina app
- Open Avina and tap Profile in the bottom bar.
- Tap Manage account.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
On the web
- Go to https://avina.skin/app/account and sign in.
- Choose Delete account, then confirm.
Deletion begins immediately. You are signed out, and the account cannot be recovered afterwards.
If you cannot sign in
Email privacy@avina.skin from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We may need to confirm you own the address before we act, so that nobody can delete an account that is not theirs.
What is deleted
Deleting your account removes your account record and the data attached to it:
- your email address and sign-in identity;
- your display name and chosen avatar;
- your skin profile: skin types, concerns, and goals;
- your morning and evening routines, and every version of them;
- your completion history, streaks, milestones, and badges;
- your favorites, your recently viewed products, and your shelf, restock and wishlist entries;
- the custom products you added, including any photos you uploaded for them;
- your notification settings and in-app preferences; and
- analytics associated with your Avina account identifier, scheduled for deletion.
The public product catalog is not personal data and is unaffected. Deleting your account removes your copy of what you saved from it, not the catalog itself.
What may be kept, and for how long
Some deletion happens asynchronously and takes a reasonable period to complete. Limited information may remain temporarily in:
- provider-managed backups;
- security or system logs;
- records required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution; or
- systems where immediate deletion is technically impracticable.
None of it is retained longer than reasonably necessary for those purposes. Payment providers such as Apple, Google, and Stripe keep their own transaction records under their own legal obligations and retention policies, which we do not control.
What happens to a subscription
A membership bought on the web is cancelled when you delete your account: it stops at the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing more is charged.
A membership bought through Apple or Google is not cancelled by deleting your account, because Apple or Google holds it. Cancel it there first: your Apple subscriptions, or your Google Play subscriptions. The delete confirmation tells you which case applies.
More detail
Our Privacy Policy covers retention and your privacy rights in full. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to privacy@avina.skin; general support goes to support@avina.skin.
