Privacy Policy

Avina helps you keep your skincare rituals. This policy explains what information we handle, why, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not skimmed past, and we keep it as short as honesty allows.

What we collect

• Account details. Your email address, and when you sign in with Apple or Google, the name and identifier those services share with us.
• Your answers. The skin types, concerns, and goals you pick during onboarding, used to shape your experience.
• Your content. The rituals you build, the steps you complete, the products you save or add yourself, including photos you attach to your own products, and the streaks and milestones that grow from your activity.
• Support messages. If you contact us, we receive your email and anything you choose to include, such as the app version.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not show third party advertising.
• We do not read your data for any purpose other than running Avina.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored with Supabase, our managed database and storage provider, protected by access rules so that only your signed-in account can read your personal content.

Purchases

Subscriptions are billed by the store you buy through, such as the Apple App Store, or by our web payment provider once web purchases are available. We never see your full payment details; we only learn whether your subscription is active.

Reminders and notifications

Ritual and restock reminders are scheduled locally on your device. They only work if you grant notification permission, and you can turn them off at any time in your device settings.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account inside the app at any time; this removes your account and the personal data connected to it. You can also ask us to delete your data by writing to support@avina.skin.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we honor them.

Children

Avina is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be called out in the app.
