A weekly skincare routine review is a look at what you recorded, not a score for your skin. Bring together your morning and evening completion records, check which dates they belong to, and choose one practical thing that could make your next week easier to organize.
You can use an app recap or a paper log. If you have not made a routine list yet, start with the morning and evening checklist.
Go straight to the weekly worksheet1. Look at the dates before the totals
Choose one week and read each day's morning and evening entries separately. A single mark for “Monday” can hide whether you recorded one routine or both. Keep days that have not happened yet separate from days with no recorded completion.
If you cannot remember an unrecorded day, leave it unknown. A log with honest gaps is more useful than one filled in from guesses.
Fictional example, September 2026
| Day | Morning | Evening |
|---|---|---|
| Monday, Sep 14 | 7:42 AM | 9:16 PM |
| Tuesday, Sep 15 | 8:05 AM | Not recorded |
| Wednesday, Sep 16 | 7:38 AM | 9:44 PM |
Five routines are recorded here. The missing Tuesday evening entry does not tell us whether the routine happened.
2. Read the times as a record, not a target
In Avina, a completed routine has a recorded completion time. That time helps you revisit your day; it is not a recommendation for when to use a product. If you logged later than you actually finished, bear that in mind when looking back.
Ask a simple question: when was recording easy to remember? You might notice that checking your list in the same place each morning was convenient. One week is a small snapshot, so treat any pattern as something to notice, not a conclusion about yourself or your skin.
3. Keep past routines in context
A routine can change over time. Before comparing two dates, look at the products recorded for each one. Avina's completed routine history keeps a snapshot of the products, so your current list does not have to stand in for an older day.
A completion log cannot tell you which product caused a change in your skin, whether a treatment is working, or whether a combination is suitable for you. Those questions need different evidence and, where appropriate, a qualified healthcare professional.
4. Choose one useful adjustment
Keep the next step about organization. Put your checklist somewhere easier to find, give an unclear step a more recognizable label, or make a moment to record your routine after you complete it. You do not need to change products to make your log more useful.
Write down your idea on the worksheet. The note is for you; it is not a promise to fill every box next week.

Let Avina bring the week together
Your morning and evening records appear in Avina's calendar, day recaps and weekly recap. Open an individual day to revisit its completion times and recorded products, then return to the week for the wider view.
The reflection prompts on this sheet are a paper exercise. They are not an in-app journal or an assessment of your skin.
